No listings may be posted except by licensed real estate agents and all USA property owners must have their property listings on the local MLS through a local agent or broker first...NO exceptions.

International Brokers:

Please fill out the form on this page and we will be in touch to discuss our international agency agreement and coordinate with you the taking of your XML data feed with all of the listings of your agency. If you do not have a feed, let us know and we will help coordinate this for you with a reputable outside vendor.

USA Agents and Brokers:

USA Brokers Who Have An XML Feed:

While you and/or your agents may manually load property listings [USA ONLY] or through third party syndicators and IDX/MLS providers, we also offer you the opportunity to send your property listings to us electronically via an XML feed and make it an excellent service for you and your agents so that a syndicator is not needed and so that you will NOT need to post listings manually. When you do send your feed, we will send customers as directed by you via your feeds. Please fill out the form to obtain your agency agreement posted HERE.

USA Brokers Who Do NOT Have An XML Feed:

The next best thing to having your own data feed is to use the service of a third party syndicator or IDX/MLS provider who already works with your MLS board that you participate in. Arrangements have been made to completely simplify this process for you in most areas of the USA.

First: Let us know of your interest to provide your listings to The IMLS by filling out the form on this page.

Second: You will receive an e-mail providing you with a link where you can download the USA Agreement.

We ask that you print the agreement, fill in the blanks, sign it and send back via email to info@TheInternationalMLS.com.

The broker agreement is needed for us to have permission to get your listings and display them.

Third:

Then, select the syndicator of your choice. You will then be taken to where there is an easy registration page for you to fill out with them and then the listings will be sent to The International MLS [IMLS].

USA Agents And Brokers Where We Do Not Have MLS/IDX Access Yet By Syndication:

Agents and brokers may also post listings manually when there is neither a data feed, nor a syndicator who can send The International MLS your listings. Agents will be wanting to post property listings for global exposure. If agents decide to want to post their listings manually, as soon an agent fills out an initial registration form with The IMLS, the broker will be notified and asked to agree to our Broker Referral Agreement. Once this has been done and submitted, the agent will be notified and be able to add all of their listings. Brokers will be asked to approve each agent as they sign up which then allows them access to submit all their listings.

Manual listings entry is ONLY available for USA agents and brokers with proper local MLS#
