Our database of properties grows all the time, and represents many countries and regions inside those countries. Whatever it is you are searching for, we can help. If you see a property that is not quite what you want, simply fill out a form on ANY property---and tell us what is that you want and our local agency experts will help you in your search and pride what is needed to make this the best experience possible

From your initial contact, until you land on foreign soil to view the properties that you are interested in, our team will guide you through the entire process through one of our local agency professionals. They will try and take the "guess-work" out of laws regarding title and escrow in each locale, while also advising you of the need to consult an attorney of your choice or help provide one for you. From the initial contact, through the furnishing of your new home, they will be there to help and guide you through the entire process in the easiest manner.

Our goal is to create the world's first International MLS so that properties can be displayed all over the world and every agent and broker can participate and share in commissions made. We empower every agent in the world to take on the FREE UNbranded IMLS search for yourself so that you can share in any commission if a web site visitor from YOUR search ends up buying a home anywhere.

Your properties may be listed at no cost, as long as you are willing to share commissions with any agent or broker throughout the world who refers a client to you who purchases a property.
